We are interested in riding some MN bike trails this summer. The Chain of Lakes looks great. What would be some close hotels where we could stay and ride bikes to the trail? In regard to bike/kayak rentals, you will have to call the Park Board to get answers to that. On Saturdays, I would go early to mid morning. More people will be visiting the parks if the weather has been cold/rainy and that particular Saturday has clear warm weather. If you like things on the quieter side, I would definitely do early to mid morning.
