This is a beautiful spot to hike. There are 2 trails with differing levels of difficulty. Both are doable even for seniors in good health. It is a nice challenge. Pretty views. Full review by Barbara B

Hi, I had a question on PInnacle's Trail. Is it ok for a couple of 40-something so so in shape people?

Yes, this trail is fine for you. My husband is 53 and I’m 48, we are in great shape. Good trail shoes and a walking stick are recommended.

We take the pinnacle trail it’s pretty tough, it faces km at the top! There is another entrance that has more steps and it faces Charlotte at the top

I’m not sure I can answer your question. Crowders is, well, crowded. If you’re looking for privacy, you’re not going to get it here. It’s pretty active year round with hikers. You likely …

I’m not sure I can answer your question. Crowders is, well, crowded. If you’re looking for privacy, you’re not going to get it here. It’s pretty active year round with hikers. You likely won’t go more than 5 to 20 minutes, depending on time of day and trail, without seeing someone. I’ve seen rangers on the trail but they aren’t beri invasive. Friendly but not encroaching. I’ve never camped at Crowders so if you’re asking about that I can’t comment.
