We just went last weekend and even though it was cold it wasn’t wet. We still very much enjoyed our hike.

no mountain, but many sandstone cliffs along a river valley..... back in the day, like in the 80's, giant city was a rappelling destination, but not sure nowadays..... prolly better to …

no mountain, but many sandstone cliffs along a river valley..... back in the day, like in the 80's, giant city was a rappelling destination, but not sure nowadays..... prolly better to make the relatively short trek to little grand canyon, where there are more aggressive trails.... hope this helps...happy trails!!

Is there a place to swim with kids nearby the state park?
A:
Not that we saw. There is an outdoor pool if you stay at the Giant City Lodge.
