Past experience, could be 80s to high 90s during this time. Weather is mostly great, but would advise to have rain gear and sweatshirts in case a cold front happens by at the time you visit. You're probably better off looking at weather for Central City/Black Hawk as the elevations are closer. While in the area, if you are hiking, you might need shoes/boots for the hike, not flip-flops/sandles. If you are hanging by the lake, then flip flops / sandles may be fine. Bring lots of water for the elevation change and be prepared to be winded if not familiar with the altitude.
