Yes the trails are accessible during the Winter months.

It's a fully paved pathway & not very far at all from parking. A great visitors center too. There's stairs & a pathway (for those who are unable to do stairs). Pet friendly as well. …

is this free as someone mentioned? don't you need a day pass (at least) to enter, especially if from out of state? thanks!
A:
If you are driving, all state parks require a parking permit if you go past the gate house. The falls area is before that part of the park, so I believe it is free to visit.

Are there showers?
A:
There are free showers available in the campgrounds for registered campers to use. The water is turned on from usually early May to mid October.

There is bike and helmet rentals at the J. Gregers Inn.Which is very close by!
