Had a great week stay during holiday break in Dec 2022. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the hotel was very clean. Rooms aren’t the most spacious with all of our luggage and ski boot… Full review by elizabethc7858

With a poor , careless , reckless and unprofessional attitude , they will be stuck exactly where they are , that is until "the accident" happens , unfortunately that is probably what it is going to take for the incompetent in the JH resort management to to get off of their high horse and realize how poorly they are doing .
