Worth a little time to visit this historic area. You can walk right down to the river. See, hear, and feel the water that will flow through the Grand Canyon. Full review by 721henrya

Beautiful and peaceful river. Lots of fisherman. My husband and I took our camp chairs and hung out and listened to the beautiful sound of the river as the sun set. Full review by Nicco L

I'm not sure what the fees were. We have a Senior's National Park Pass so we didn't have to pay. There was no attendant when we went thru, but our pass was listed as acceptable. I think I think I remember seeing an admission price of $20-25, but I can't be sure.
I am planning a trip to Lees Ferry I plan in staying at a campground at Wahweap RV. Any good water taxi vendors to use to take myself and paddleboards upriver?

800 922 8022..... The only company allowed to back-haul FROM Lee's Ferry to half a mile below the Glen Canyon Dam .... We did it 2 years ago and it was the trip of a lifetime... Amazing class one all the way down with breath taking scenery. Paddle boarding is fine. Below Lees Ferry is allowed by permit only.... its a 5 day trip with a licensed rafting company.. The permits are a raffle and on average take 10 years to get.
