There’s a cemented walkway down to the common/park area. The rest is all mulched and field. There are zero handicap accessible ways through the chasm itself. Unless the person in the wheelchair is going specifically to be stationary and either watch as children play or enjoy being outdoors in general I wouldn’t put it at the top of the list.
