Hi, These trails are fairly easy my husband and self are in our 50s and 60s and managed these with ease, this trail took just over an hour and half for us to walk. We drove to this trails they are all pretty close together. If you go into the visitors centre just inside the park they will give you free maps of all the trails. hope this helps, enjoy your trip.
