You need permits to hike. We drove hours to be told they sold out of permits to hike the state park. Never heard of such a thing. Full review by Jen D

Camp Wo-me-to is for cub scouts & 4-H mostly. The conowingo dam has nice camping areas around. It's about 20 min. away. DNR of Harford County will be able to give you better answers.
