We hiked a good portion of the Tomales Point Trail on our visit to Point Reyes. It is a little bit of a drive out to Tomales Point, but the drive is scenic and the hike itself was beautiful. The wi… Full review by TravelerCentralFLA

This was my first raod trip with my friends in over a year. The sights were amazing and will be going back shortly. For something that was planned last minute, everything ran smoothly. Full review by Hanna K

Hey, I'm trying to figure out if I should do this trail or palomarin/alamere falls trails. I'm an experienced hiker/rock climber so the scramble at the end of alamere falls doesn't concern me. I just want a solid hike with excellent views
A:
Tomales Pt has better views than Alamere. You can see the Pacific most of the hike out & back. Also seeing all of the Tule elk is great. If you are only doing one hike do Tomales first.
Q:
When is the best time to go?
A:
almost anytime. Dress for the weather you can get some wind and fog. Enjoy!
