Really enjoy the woodsy feel of this trail, got to be aware of doggie and horsey drippings though. One big hill will test your legs but overall a very nice hike. Full review by anthonysL5449NM

Upton State Forest has no admission or parking fees. There are two good size, free parking lots which offer plenty of available, unmetered parking, there is more along a nearby street, which really is unnecessary as those two lots are NEVER FULL. At the main entrance as you enter the forst, also by the main campus building/headquarters, there are donation boxes, but donations are strictly voluntary.
