We did takeout and had a very pleasant evening dining in the park at a picnic table!! Beautiful rose garden and wildlife between the ducks, geese and raccoons!! it was great! Full review by jeffmU9036HW

Dear Vansvi, Of course riding a biki is allowed at Glen Miller Park. It really is a beautiful park with a big pond with ducks and geese. There's also a wonderful cool clear spring where you can replenish your water bottle. The spring has been there for ever, and that particular spot is known nationally. Also the statue of the Pioneer Frontiers Woman was dedicated by President Harry Truman, who when vacationing with Bess took his sedan across the country and stopped in Richmond, where he was cajoled to dedicate the statue. But the gave him lunch at the one big hotel, now a retirement home. Enjoy the park!
I have some 5 gallon jugs that I want to fill up with the natural spring water. Please give me a detailed description as to where I need to go to locate the natural spring water when entering the park US 40?

Enter from the main/eastern entry to the park; the natural springs will be on your right hand side,with a wide apron parking area, and, as I recall, is well identified.
