According to the Museum's website, a number of interesting exhibits begin in mid-February. Among them are John James Audubon’s The Birds of America, along with a presentation called The Audubon Experience. You may want to contact the museum directly for further information about other exhibits that open in February. I've found they do respond to questions sent to them.

Is the exhibition of Georgia O'Keefe's work extra?

Yes, approx $20.00 per adult ticket. There are discounts for students, seniors, etc. The exhibit runs through 1/20 so it’s closing soon and worth the cost!
