I grew up visiting the market for specific foods but never explored the whole site.

Cen-Tex Classics and Hot Rod Club held their second annual Bulldog Auto Detailing Classic Car and Hot Rod Show in Clifton City Park Saturday, June 18. With a park full of vendors, music, food and an on-site pin striping station, car enthusiasts battled the heat to see who would take home this year’s top prizes.

The Lakeside Village area VFD and Ladies Auxiliary will hold their summer fish fry on Saturday, June 18 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Lakeside Village Fire Hall/Community Center. The menu will be fried fish, onion-stuffed hush puppies, potato salad, pinto beans, desserts, all the condiments and drink for a cost of $11 per adult and $5 for children under 10 years of age.
