Finally, something fresh is coming to Marble City Market from familiar food hall faces
Marble City Market and its vendors are listening. In response to multiple requests for healthier options, the people behind vendor Smash City are bringing soups, salad and sandwiches to a new stall at Knoxville's first food hall. Valley Fresh Kitchen is scheduled to open in mid-July and will fill a vacancy left by Lake & Oak BBQ, which recently left the food hall .
