Brick’s Restaurant, a popular downtown diner in Arkansas City since the 1970s, is closing within days as the owners plan retirement. Brick’s Restaurant, a favorite gathering place for Arkansas City families, business people, civic groups, classmates and visitors for nearly a half century, is closing next Saturday.
