Party time returns downtown this summer in downtown Joliet as New Orleans North returns to its June spot on the calendar Star Wars Day comes back for the first time since 2019. The message on Star Wars Day is “Coming Back Full Throttle,” which could be applied to the loaded summer festival season that starts next week in downtown Joliet.
