After a mere four months, Klaus Kronsteiner has left Luna Stella, a spacious 200-seat restaurant in Maplewood. Kronsteiner, a European-trained chef who had worked at acclaimed French restaurant Chez Catherine in Westfield and who recently helped celebrated chef David Viana of Heirloom Kitchen in Old Bridge launch a pop-up in Philadelphia, left the restaurant on April 23.
