This is a great old building to tour. It is a good example of 1800's decor. The tour guides do a great job of explaining Abe Lincoln's relationship to this building. The story of how it was dismantl… Full review by Passenger07112771838

This site is self-guided so you can spend as much or as little time as you'd like, but half an hour was plenty for my family. Great stop on a Lincoln Tour. Beautiful interior with a rich history. Full review by sydsel

Illinois Historic Preservation Agency sponsors many events in the OSC. There is a video to watch, about 15 minutes long, you can take a guided tour or go on your own. At present no charge, but donation requested. Some people portrayed include Grant and Lee, and other historic figures. You can take pics, but no flash allowed if I remember correctly
