This is an excellent little museum that provides some background on development of justice system in Hawaii. The First bit covering this is a bit disjointed - certainly is not western linear present… Full review by RayMan222

I'll be travelling in early January 2017. Do I have to book in advance to get a tour of the building?
A:
Only a little. I did it online where you can see which dates and times are open, and I did it while in Hawaii, not in advance by more than few days.
