You should where a mask but you do not have to but I advise you to.

Most (about 90%) of the "vendors" are brick & mortar shops and I think you will find many are year-round establishments. There are three or four fine places to stay there also - Hampton Inn is one of them. In addition, the center of the downtown Duluth shopping area is within walking distance as well as other sights worth checking out: The Duluth Arena & Convention Center, Sight seeing boats, a motion picture complex, and a train museum with train excursions - All within a half mile radius.
