This was our favorite museum in Rome. Make sure you go upstairs to the cafe for the amazing view. The first building is the best, and spend some time there. Full review by michaelgQ2945HL

Don't get me wrong, the Capitoline Museum at Piazza del Campidoglio is worth every Euro of the price of the entry ticket. Priceless art and among other things worth viewing is the original equestrian… Full review by Henk M

No, Turkey residents will have to pay. It's a nice place though and worth the admission.

Without knowing your child that would be hard for anyone to say. If they like history or art they probably would enjoy it, in particular if you try to make it more engaging for them by adding some stories or information they would be able to relate to/interested in. I took a 3 and 5 year old and it was a more pleasant experience than going to the Vatican museums with them if that helps. There are lots of cool things and we had a good time; that said we go to lots of museums (a couple a month).
