Awesome experience. I learned a lot about Mr. Sandburg and his extraordinarily gifted wife. The home was just as he left it. The goats were a very relaxing get away. Full review by Pompadore69

When you arrive there is a call box at the parking lot. Call and they will send someone down to pick you up and bring you to the house. There is also handicap parking up close to the goat barn. It is a short flat walk to the house from that point. Call and they will tell you how yo get to that parking. I believe tours of the house are every half hour. 2 hours is enough for a nice visit if you are not hiking. If hiking add another 1 to 2 hours. Eat in Flat Rock at Honey and Salt or Hubba Hubba, both are fun and good. Enjoy
