You can't enter inside the library (just take photos from far away, with the library almost lit down). You can't see the old manuscripts advertised at the entrance. Not worth the price, price should … Full review by Stay00482428890

I would recommend getting tickets in advance to avoid waiting in a long queue for a ticket. The tour lasts about 45 minutes, and takes you through to the Baroque Library and up multiple floors (with … Full review by Emma W

It is easy to find because it is close to the Charles Bridge. It is well preserved. The interior is splendid. The ceiling is well painted. The view from the top is spectacular! Full review by 9changp

Q:
What hotel did you stay at near the Klementinum and did you like it.
A:
We stayed in the Design Metropol Hotel, good hotel in a perfect location. Very easy to jump on the metro or trams. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Klementinum

So it's clear that we are not allowed to take a photo of library but how about if you pay extra? I've read somewhere that you can take a photo in case you pay for opportunity. Is it true or false? or not anymore?

People must pay "extra" (in addition to admission charge) to take pictures. But that still does not allow you to walk into the actual library rooms. Those rooms are cordoned off by "chords." You can only take pictures of the library rooms from the doorway of those rooms. I hope I make this logistical point clear.

Grosseto Marina** – Alsovo Nabrezi, Italian $$ - GREAT VIEW Probably the best view from a restaurant In Prague. Right on the river in front a bridge and the castle, especially amazing with the sunset. Pizza, Pasta excellent and for a reasonable price. Better but no view: U Modre Kachnicky*** – Nebovidska 6, Czech Fodor’s Choise $$$. Duck and Game. A proper restaurant with good Czech food and excellent service. Reasonably priced but with a good range of dearer options. Whole meal, including the really terrific wine was only about $50 USD a person. Three course menu $40.

I suggest you buy the ticket on the door unless you think the concert is going to be sold out. I managed to negotiate a reduction on the price on the night, but this may be because there were plenty of seats available. The venue is near the Charles Bridge, so very central. Sorry don't know how near it is to your hotel.
