I saw in one afternoon including a special exhibit, because that is all the time I had on a business trip. However I plan to go back on my next trip to Dallas. The pre Columbian collection is excellent and beautifully installed-- and the villa rooms have so many wonderful little surprises, difficult to absorb it all at once.
Q:
“How long does it take to see it?”
A:
There are many interactive exhibits kids enjoy so allow 2.5 hours if you are taking the kids- they will be fidgety after that amount of time. If its just adults 3 hours.
