I went on a few hours trip on the Rømø Island, the most impressive was a huge beach at the Wadden Sea. You can drive there with your own car, don't worry, you won't get stuck in the sand! Full review by adamkosa998

Dear Elisa, There are direct busses to Esbjerg, from where you can visit the island of Fanø, which is one of the beautiful islands in the national park - 12 mins by ferry from the harbour which is within walking distance from the bus station. You can also travel North out of Esbjerg towards Hjerting and up to Ho Bugt - where the Wadden Sea begins. Or South to the beautiful town of Ribe. You can find information on the Visit Esbjerg website
