Harvest is a United Methodist church located in east Manatee County, Florida. The church was birthed in 1997, meeting for worship in two different schools for several years before opening the doors to our facilities at 14305 Covenant Way, Lakewood Ranch. We are a church committed to keeping those doors open, both for new people to come in and for us to go out and serve the community and the world. We are part of the Florida Conference, a connection of over 700 UMC congregations across much of our state. On a global level we are also connected to nearly 12 million members of our denomination in over 125 countries around the world. Our strength in numbers enables us to be part of a great movement of offering hope to the world in ways that we could never accomplish as a single congregation. It also helps ensure wise stewardship of resources in meeting needs around the globe.
