Any tips on parking in the evening? Reception staff advised the Cathedral car park is only available to book for classical concerts, however, to just turn up at the cathedral and pay on exit. On checking the cathedral website, the car park closes at 6pm. There seems to be lots of smaller car parks around, but after an hour drive to get to Liverpool, it would be good to know somewhere to head for rather than driving round!

Mainly resident parking only in area, carpark not too far away on Brownlow Hill near bottom or Mount Pleasant again near bottom both near Adelphi hotel

I think there is disabled parking in the Caledonia st car park. You may be able to reserve in advance if you are s blue badge holder. Hope this helps
