The old building has been closed for quite some time and is due to reopen in 2018 according to their website, although one guide to Prague says 2020. The new building is open every day 10.00 - 18.00 hrs showing exhibitions. The 1st Tuesday of every month the museum is closed but stays open until 20.00 hrs on the following day Wednesday. Currently their longtime exhibition is "Noahs Ark". Short time exhibitions are "Mazaryk as Phenomenon" (until 31 Jan 2018) and "Light and Life (until end of December).
