A really cool experience. We went at 6pm( which allows you to see the signs in daylight and as the signs come on) and took the tour with Mariana. She was very friendly, informative and made the visit… Full review by michelepW2929YB

I had such high hopes for this place after reading the reviews. However, it's super tiny and not as cool as I had hoped. There are definitely some cool signs and you can take some nice pics, but it's… Full review by Jhn

Hi, we are booking the evening "Full Glow" for winter visit. There are 3 separate time slots you have to pick for 3 different items: Evening Admission Guided Tour Brilliant! Show We are thinking 5pm Evening Admission time??? followed by 6pm Guided Tour followed by 7pm Brilliant! show. Just not sure what occurs from Evening Admission until start of Guided Tour - why are there different times between entry and tour. We've scoured their site and cannot find the answer. Thanks in advance for assistance in understanding this!

If it's not too late, I would just do the Guided tour. We went there last September and chose the guided tour and the Brilliant show. The guided tour was great and very interesting, but the show was so-so (too long and repetitive in any case). Also, arriving early is not especially useful as you'll only get to see the same neons that you'll see later on during the tour and won't even have any explanation before the tour. Also, bear in mind that the museum does not allow you to take your camera with you. If you want to take pictures, you can only use your cell phone!
Q:
Hi. How can I get a guided tour at the Neon Museum? Thanks
A:
All of the tours at night are guided
Q:
Is bringing a cell phone/camera the only way you can take pictures?
A:
No professional photos or photo shoots allowed. Their website is accurate. You cannot take video either

I am planning to go to Vegas and planning to go to the Neon Museum. What's the difference between the Guided tour and Brilliant? Also which tour is best? Day or night? Thanks.
A:
Brilliant is best, classic. Music with choreographic lights and special effects of old time artists with neon signs, it is great. I loved it. The neon tour was good also, they explained …

Brilliant is best, classic. Music with choreographic lights and special effects of old time artists with neon signs, it is great. I loved it. The neon tour was good also, they explained facts about the signs, color schemes, dates they were up and taken down, cost, and what they represent. A history and obscure facts about Las Vegas, was interesting to me, more worthless knowledge.
Q:
Is this handicapped accessible?
A:
yes it is!!!
