Is it possible to walk around these ruins?

No..we cannot walk within the ruins but can see them from the viewing terraces on street level.

It is about 10 minutes by taxi, or 15-20 minute walk (about 1 mile). There is also public transportation very close to both locations but I haven't taken it to know how easy it is. I …

It is about 10 minutes by taxi, or 15-20 minute walk (about 1 mile). There is also public transportation very close to both locations but I haven't taken it to know how easy it is. I assume you're going to visit the cat sanctuary, and if so, it's definitely worth the trip.

No fee. You can't access the ruins but are viewed looking down from the street
