Beyond Better Foods has expanded Enlightened ‘s low-sugar ice cream pint lineup with the introduction of four new flavours. The new offerings include flavours such as Kookie Dough, consisting of vanilla-flavoured ice cream with chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate sandwich cookie pieces; and Chocolate P.B. Crunch, which includes chocolate ice cream with a thick peanut butter swirl and fudge-covered peanuts.

Keynsham Mexican street food restaurant Dalia Cocina was one of those taking part. The others were Bristol eateries Fi Real and Bambalan. Although Kirsty and Tamsin from Dalia Cocina didn’t win, they definitely entertained their guests with their personalities, great food, and an evening full of laughs.

The Simple Root, a plant-based brand backed by McCain Foods and venture management firm Pilot Lite, is launching a range of vegetable-forward dips in the US. The refrigerated line includes plant-based dips, cream cheese-style and artisan cheese-style spreads, with a main base of root vegetables combined with vegetables, fruits, herbs and spices.
