A story about the reported spat appeared in several national newspapers at the time including The Sun.

Rival Wag Coleen, 35, made the claim in her witness statement as the explosive Wagatha Christie trial rumbled on today.

She said: "She also got in a spat with former Girls Aloud group member Sarah Harding during the 2018 event because Sarah apparently caught Becky taking photographs of the contents of Sarah's handbag when Sarah had dropped it on the floor."

Sources at the time claimed Sarah confronted Rebekah after seeing a "camera flash" and the Wag standing nearby holding her phone.

The singer, who tragically passed away last year after battling breast cancer, reportedly accused her of taking pictures as she scrambled around to collect her possessions.

Reports at the time said Rebekah demanded an apology from Sarah and it grew "heated".

The latest revelation came as Coleen began her evidence on day four of the blockbuster trial.

She hinted for the first time her marriage was in trouble after husband Wayne was caught drink-driving with a party girl.

The Wag, 35, revealed she "wasn't sure if they were going to get back together" and said they spent time apart.

Coleen also claimed her infamous Wagatha post was a "last resort" and told the court she was "surprised" by how much it exploded.

She turned detective in October 2019 and accused Rebekah of sharing stories from her personal Instagram account.

In the infamous post, Coleen said she posted a string of false stories via her Instagram account with restricted access to see if they appeared in the media, which they did.

She then said the fake stories had only been viewed by one person, and ended dramatically: “It’s . . . Rebekah Vardy’s account.”

Jamie Vardy's wife Rebekah, who was heavily pregnant at the time, denied the allegations and claimed she was heavily abused as a result.
