Faye Nadine Hinnergardt

Faye Nadine Hinnergardt, 78, passed away January 15, 2021, at Diversicare of Larned.

She was born September 15, 1942, in Larned, the daughter of Ruben and A. Elaine Smith Gross.  A lifetime area resident, she worked at the Bazine State Bank in her early years, then was a bookkeeper and later the Assistant Manager at the Farmers COOP, Burdett.

She was a member of the Burdett United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women and the Shiley Homemakers.  She graduated from Airline school, was a Cub Scout Leader, enjoyed helping with Sunday School and Vacation Bible School activities and enjoyed sewing.

On June 3, 1962, she married Stanley Hinnergardt in Bazine.  He survives.

Other survivors include; two sons, Shane Hinnergardt, Burdett and Darin (Teresa) Hinnergardt, St. Joseph, Missouri; a sister Debra Munsch, Hays, a brother Marvin Gross, Bazine and three grandchildren, Donovan Hinnergardt, Brandon Hinnergardt and Amanda (Warren) Cochran.

She was preceded in death by; her parents and two brothers, Raymond Gross and Terry Gross.

A private family service will be held at 10am Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at the Burdett Methodist Church with pastor Lynda Doyle presiding. Service will be viewable via facebook live at www.facebook.com/beckwithmortuary.  Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned. A public graveside will be 11am Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at Brown’s Grove Cemetery, Burdett.
