COLUMBUS, OH — Ohio officials confirmed 52 COVID-19-related deaths in the past 24 hours, the state health department confirmed.

On Monday, Ohio had eight deaths related to the coronavirus. On Tuesday, there were 12 deaths related to the virus.

Fifty-two COVID-19 deaths is the most deaths confirmed in a single day since Sept. 15 and the second-highest total over the past three weeks.
