Last year, event planners Anthony Masi and Nate Ragon put together the "Scream Comes Home" experience, which allowed fans to spend some time hanging out at the 6,500 square foot mansion that served as Stu's house in Wes Craven's 1996 film SCREAM. That mansion was a very important location for the SCREAM production, and when asked what his most vivid memories from the making of the film are, actor Matthew Lillard (who played Stu) told Entertainment Weekly,

I guess my best memories were that last sequence in the house. It was three weeks and it was like it was every night, covered in blood, you’re running for your life."

Now Masi and Ragon are returning to Sty's house to throw an elaborate Halloween costume party called SCREAMOWEEN. They have worked out a deal with the homeowner of the mansion in Tomales, California to host a

lavish bash on Halloween night, offering a very limited number of tickets to fans of horror cinema.

For $199, attendees will receive access to the house from 6:00pm to 4:00am to party all night long, and stand in the exact spots where Neve Campbell, Skeet Ulrich, Courteney Cox, Rose McGowan, and Matthew Lillard acted out roles that drew accolades in Wes Craven’s blockbuster film, which spawned three sequels. Attendees will also be treated to surprises and goodies throughout the evening, have the option to stay overnight on the grounds (there are three houses within the gated complex), buy unlimited food and drink (including alcohol) which is being provided by the Washoe House, and can take as many selfies and pictures in the iconic mansion they want. The event planners are also offering ongoing shuttles to make sure imbibers get back to their hotels safely.

Tickets to the Screamoween event are available to purchase at Screamoween.net, and you want to get in on this you should secure a ticket quickly. There are only a total of 150 tickets available.

Ragon had this to say about the event:

After Scream Comes Home, everyone who attended made it clear that they wanted to come back someday! I still get messages asking us when the next event will be. We knew we wanted to do something else at the Scream house, it’s such a beautiful location and an important and coveted piece of film history. What we didn’t want to do was immediately replicate Scream Comes Home. We really want this to be the must-attend Halloween party of the year, and we will be pulling out all stops to achieve that for the fans! There will be plenty of surprises along with that already amazing line-up that’s been announced."

Ragon also notes that Screamoween is "the most affordable way to visit the house with unlimited access."

Masi adds:

You must wear a costume, and the party will go well into the night. We even offer a 'Be Safe Shuttle' service to make sure everyone gets back to their hotels safely."

Screamoween is the perfect storm for a lifetime memory because you’re partying in the house used in SCREAM on Halloween night. When you stand IN the exact kitchen where Neve, Matt and Skeet have their showdown, it’s an indescribably amazing feeling."

Masi is a movie producer whose credits include the STILL SCREAMING: THE ULTIMATE SCARY MOVIE RETROSPECTIVE, which can be found on the SCREAM 5-Film Blu-ray set (you can buy that HERE). Ragon is a horror memorabilia collector and is recognized as the world's foremost expert on the SCREAM franchise. He even worked as a creative consultant on SCREAM 4.
