I made a purchase in a game called “Genshin Impact”, the battle pass. I was doublecharged even though you can only purchase it once per month. This is where I went wrong; I did a chargeback instead of calling customer services first. Wasn’t really aware I could call them since I’ve never had to before. My account was suspended. To sum up my experience I was told to rectify the situation I had to close the case with the bank then request a refund properly with Sony; no problem until they received the money.
My bank sent them back the money, but they refused to process it. 3 weeks later after being told on the phone verbatim “Sony has the power” by a representative my account was reinstated, but they took so long to process the funds it went past their 2 week refund policy. They didn’t even tell me there was a 2 week refund policy in any of the first 4 calls I had with them over the course of 3 weeks. During my final call with them for my refund not only did they tell me no, but they actually hung up on me. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully by customer service support, and I plan to escalate the situation further.

I downloaded a Sony Playstation game, Hogwarts Legacy, and it had a fatal glitch very near the beginning of the game. The game is now unplayable. Customer support said that even if it gets downloaded and hasn't been played, the game isn't refundable. They are selling defective merchandise and saying it's your problem. This is illegal despite the terms and conditions. It is also dishonest. What do I do?!

My PlayStation account was hacked and I lost access to it and I eventually regained access to it by speaking with customer support. After a few days of I got suspended again because of charge backs that I already called about and I thought got disputed. $240 in games I did not buy. I contacted my bank to let them know as well because I didn’t make those charges and wanted my cards frozen and changed. After they said they were investigating both Sony and PlayStation. I then received an e-mail from PlayStation that my account has been suspended again after the first 2 times because I got back through their system. How can I get account back even sony themselves understand I didn't make those charges.

Recently my 5 year old made 30 purchases in my PlayStation. Immediately I called PlayStations to solve this matter but they told me I wasn’t able to get a refund. I called. Again and the new person told me I was eligible for refund and open a case for me. the next day I go and email saying that I am not elegible for a refund. How can I am not be eligible if I never authorized those charges, and is not only one ITS 30 charges!!.. I’ve never seen something like this. My friend’s little kids did the same thing on Xbox few years ago and got a refund. What is wrong with this company?!!

I tried to rectify the problem by working on contacting them but I couldn’t find the right number. When I disputed the transaction to my bank and they took off the duplicate amount, Sony permanently suspended my account and the games that I previously purchased are of no use since I don’t have an account with them anymore. I can see there are countless of consumers having the same issue and Sony is not doing something about it by investigating the issue thoroughly. I advise people to purchase the game at any vendor but Sony.

Ever since the PS5 has been out the PS4 lags way more. It's as if they purposely slow down the PS4 to manipulate people into getting the PS5 but who would want another one when every time they put out a new system they lag out the old system just like cell phone companies do when they go from 2G-3G-5G. It's a scam.

PlayStation has a horrible system in place. The phone I was on “mysteriously “ disconnected. I'm sure the rep hung up. You can’t even call and speak with someone about bogus suspensions. What kind of company doesn’t allow the ability to reach out to them. Dirty, conniving, thirsty, untrustworthy businesses. We need to all do a class action suit. This type of action is deplorable.

I sent the message “I got banned for 1 hr oh well dirty ###”. I guess PlayStation turned around and speculated that I was saying something with the number signs and being me for hate speech and it’s a irreversible suspension. Sad that we have people speculating instead of using factual evidence.

I bought a Playstation with modern warfare. The code got ripped. I sent pictures and receipt. I called and emailed several times. They keep saying 2 days. It’s been 18. My son was excited about Christmas. Now he is not. Because this simple matters from playstation customer service.

Call of Duty MW3: Known game software issues/problems. Both Activision and Playstation know about this, yet after numerous game software updates, the problems are uncorrected. Huge opportunity missed for what could have been a great updated game from MW2 circa 2009. Terrible disappointment and waste of both time and money. Activision is next to impossible to contact for customer service/support. Playstation is willing to take your money but refuses to step up in terms of taking any means of corrective action to properly address, correct, and resolve the issue(s). Possibly the last Activision game I will buy due to the aforementioned reasons. No, I would not buy this again.
