The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported an injury collision that occurred approximately two miles west of Dill City.

Officers say that a 2017 Ford Escape driven by 21-year-old Callie Lynn Cortez was traveling southbound on OK-44, while a 2016 GMC Sierra driven by 48-year-old Jackie Gay Aldridge was heading westbound on OK-152.

At an intersection with a stop sign, the Ford Escape failed to stop which resulted in the GMC Sierra crashing into it.

The report says that the Ford Escape rolled over one time and had Cortez pinned in the vehicle for about 15 minutes until Burn Flat PD freed her by using the Hurst Tool. She was transported to OU Medical Center in OKC in critical condition. The passenger, Christopher Michael Cortez, is also at OU Medical Center in stable condition with a head injury.

The three people in the GMC Sierra were treated and released from the hospital.
