ARVADA, CO — The coronavirus has upended and changed nearly every aspect of modern life in 2020 and those changes have also creeped into our favorite fall activities like going to the pumpkin patch.

Due to the pandemic, many of the pumpkin patches in and around Arvada have to adjust their hours, activities and methods of operation for the fall.

That being said, you can still visit an area pumpkin patch provided you take all the necessary precautions and double check the hours and rules for nearby pumpkin patches, including whether you need to make a reservation.

Arvada Community Garden U-Pick Pumpkin Patch

Hours: 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday and Wednesday; 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
Pricing: By donation; donations also accepted for gourds, Indian cor, squash, mini pumpkins and corn stalks

Attractions: 20-acre Crazed Corn Field Maze, Mini Maze, Sand Art, Barrel Train, Corn Launcher, 5-Minute Escape Room
Hours: 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday; Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; however mazes close at 6 p.m.
