The value and versatility of the adp Gauselmann ‘C traffic light’ device to monitor people entering a venue was illustrated by a school local to the Gauselmann factory in Lübbecke, Germany.
A school at nearby Hüllhorst was running a joint meeting for a local council officials and its own school committee on its premises and used a C traffic light from adp Gauselmann to ensure that the maximum number of people permitted was in the hall.
The system measures visitor flow using infrared sensor technology and works like a traffic light, showing green and red once the maximum number had been reached.
