Emma Watson and Tom Felton gave Harry Potter fans the best surprise this week, by reuniting to learn the guitar of all things.

It appears Emma, 29, recently flew out to meet Tom, 31, in South Africa where he was hard at work filming a new movie.

Making for a rather sweet moment, the besties are pictured sitting in their pyjamas playing the guitar with Tom giving the actress a one-on-one lesson.

‘Quick learner x,’ he captioned the heartwarming snap.

One excited fan compared their pairing to that of Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga in A Star Is Born, while another joked: ‘When do the tix come on sale? [sic].’

An avid Harry Potter fan even created a ship name for Tom and Emma’s Harry Potter characters Hermione and Draco – Dramione – so it would seem that Gryffindor and Slytherin are more than capable of getting along in real life after all.

Despite the students of Hogwarts parting ways on-screen eight years ago, Emma and Tom have maintained a close friendship since.

In November, Emma shared a cool black and white video of her sharing a skateboard with Tom as he wheeled along a beachfront.

The Beauty and the Beast actress jokingly captioned the clip: ‘#TFToleratingmysubparskatingskillssince1999.’

While it’s clear the stars are just good pals right now, Emma previously admitted to having a crush on Tom in their childhood.

During an appearance on The Jonathan Ross show in : ‘Between the ages of 10 and 12, I had a really terrible crush on Tom Felton.

‘We love a bad guy and he was a few years older and he had a skateboard. And that just did it, really. He used to do tricks on it. He was so cool.’
