Interest in the Lower Mississippi and in the excursions especially Memphis. Boat was only 15 months old and it was very nice; Service was overall very good, especially the wait staff.
However the food was a major disappointment. There was not much variety and oftentimes it was not hot when served.

We had booked a cruise from the north to the south of France for May 2020 which, of course, was cancelled due to Covid. I choose this cruise because it was easy access for my sister and myself as we live in Vancouver.
I have cruised a lot but only once before with Princess to Alaska. I normally use Celebrity.
First of all the good. I cant say enough about the friendliness of the ship crew and staff. 5 stars I would give 6 if I could.

Wanted to see Hawaii. Twice we requested wake up calls and did not receive.Holland web site advertises Dutch Cafe 16 Dutch and Belgium beers with 4 on tap. DID NOT HAVE. Met with beverage manager his answer was they were ordered but not sent. Hard to believe a company as big as CARNIVAL{who owns holland} can't get what they order covid is over.

We have enjoyed three uniworld European river cruises and have cruised with Viking Ocean on the Mediterranean. We chose this trip during Covid as we didn’t need to leave the country and had little exposure to the Delta. We expected similar quality based on our past experiences and the Mississippi price pint but we were disappointed.
