A family court judge in Onondaga County is resigning after being accused of kissing female court staff without consent, a state disciplinary commission said Monday.
The state’s Commission on Judicial Conduct has announced the resignation of Judge Michael L. Hanuszczak, saying the judge has agreed to not seek judicial office in the future.
