Kolkata: Display of creativity at school’s annual art & science show

St. Sebastian’s School’s annual art and science exhibition — Acrayon — held on November 19 and 20 witnessed elaborate and intriguing stalls exhibiting creativity of the young minds. The event was organized at the school’s assembly hall and the chief guest was actor, director and producer Arindam Sil.

KOLKATA: St. Sebastian’s School’s annual art and science exhibition — Acrayon — held on November 19 and 20 witnessed elaborate and intriguing stalls exhibiting creativity of the young minds. The event was organized at the school’s assembly hall and the chief guest was actor, director and producer Arindam Sil.
The tiny tots exhibited animals made out of polystyrene plates, models of Santa Claus and reindeer made from plastic bottles and paper masks.
The Art Attack Stall had flower vases, wall hangings and other items made of recycled material on display while the Illuminati Stall demonstrated innovation and research that spanned all three branches of science. The exhibits included working models, charts and projects on amphibian cars, hydroelectricity-powered cars, remote-operated monorail, mathematics quiz board, flour mill machine, a smart house, a robot, power production from sand and soil, chemical experiments like lava lamp, golden rain experiment and instant snow, and a model of the human heart.
The Miscellaneous Stall displayed models of The Great Bath, Ziggurat, ceramic pottery of the Chinese civilization, mummies, pyramids, and other displays.
