THAT IS BRINGING THE WIND CHILL DOWN TO 30. GENERALLY UPPER 30’S. NEW YORK IS ALSO COOLER AT 35. FACTOR IN THE WINDS, WHICH ARE NOT STRONG. 5-15 MILES PER HOUR AND IT FEELS COOLER. KNOCK A FEW DAYS OFF AFTER THE ACTUAL AIR TEMP. THE RADAR SHOWING A LITTLE BIT IN THE WAY OF FLURRIES AROUND THE MOUNTAINS PENN STATE COLLEGE AND LIFTING TAKING PLACE FROM THE HIGH TERRAIN TO THE WEST. WE HAVE A FRIEND DROPPING IN FROM THE NORTHWEST AS WELL. WE’RE KEEPING AN EYE ON THIS WEEK -- WEEK SYSTEM. IT WILL SPREAD LIKE SNOW TO OUR REGION, LATER TOMORROW EVENING. HIGHS AROUND 40 DEGREES. A STRONGER STORM SYSTEM COMING IN GIVING US A LITTLE FRONT AND SNOW LATER THIS THAT I AFTERNOON TO CHANGE RAIN EVEN THOUGH WE GOING TO EARLY SUNDAY MORNING. NOW, THAT IS A GOOD CALL. THE MODELS ARE IN GOOD AGREEMENT REGARDING THAT, SO IF THAT CHANGES, IF THE STORM TRACKS CAP, EXPECT MORE SNOW. BY THE NORTH, MAYBE THAT RAI HAPPENS EARLIER. Two winter storms take aim at central Pennsylvania

Central Pennsylvania's back-to-back winter storms start on Thursday with a quick-moving clipper system.That snow is expected to move into the Susquehanna Valley from west to east between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Thursday and wrap up before the morning commute Friday."Roads will be slick early Friday morning. Plan for extra commute time," said WGAL's Matt Moore. "This is a quick-hitting storm, similar to what we saw over the weekend, maybe slightly lower (snow) amounts overall."The clipper system is expected to drop 1 to 2 inches of snow across most of the Susquehanna Valley with some isolated locations getting 3 inches. Second Storm"We're tracking yet another chance for winter weather. This will be a stronger storm into the weekend, but we could see all types of precipitation with this one," Matt said.Current models show the storm starting as snow on Saturday afternoon then changing over to rain early Sunday morning.
