Marvel Cinematic Universe fans have been decoding the new Captain Marvel images to see if there are any clues as to what exactly is going to happen in Avengers 4 – but this fan may have solved it completely.
At the end of Infinity War, Thanos collected all six Infinity Stones and managed to complete his mission to wipe out 50% of the world’s population.
It meant that many of our favourite superheroes perished but as any good Marvel fan knows, something has to change in A4 as certain heroes including Spider-Man and Black Panther have sequels coming up and therefore have to return somehow.
And @incorrectbucko has figured it all out.
‘Captain Marvel gets the gauntlet, reverses time and then merks thanos in the first 5 minutes of A4 and the rest of it is just everyone moving into the avengers tower and doing grocery shopping together then going to bed at 9pm, the Russos personally told me to tell yall this,’ they tweeted on Wednesday evening, solving the mystery and allowing us all to also do some shopping and then be in bed by 9pm.
In reality of course – although that would be a dreamy movie to watch after 10 years of non-stop action and drama – it seems the Russo Brothers have a more altogether intense experience for fans.
Although no one is spilling the beans, it is thought that Iron Man and/or Captain America will perish for good with both stars Robert Downey Jr and Chris Evans not signed on for any further Marvel movies.
How, however, is another question, although one theory posits that Cap will actually be the only Avenger to die – and at the hands of Tony.
