A Primark shopper has spotted an awkward mistake on a set of bedding at the budget fashion retailer.

The eagle eyed customer has noticed something a little off about one of the chain's products.

Primark operates multiple stores across the Midlands - including the world's biggest, right here in Birmingham city centre.

The flagship store opened in April.

A series of errors by the discount retailer has prompted shoppers to look more closely at their purchases - with hilarious results.

The latest to come to light is a glaring spelling mistake on a set of bedding, reports the Mirror .

An eagle-eyed shopper shared the latest mishap on Twitter, saying: “@Primark found this in your store...whoops spot the mistake”.

The duvet cover is printed with a blue and purple design featuring unicorn in the snow and comes with a matching pillowcase.

The pillow is meant to read “I believe in unicorns”  - but there is clearly a letter missing from the phrase.

The pillowcase actually reads “I belive in unicorns”.

Primark's customer service Twitter account took the time to respond to her post, but they didn't seem too bothered by the error - as they even made a joke about it at their own expense.

They said: "Oh gosh, can't "belive" we made a mistake like that! We'll pass this on to our relevant department, thanks for pointing it out to us!"
