The Howell County Health Department reports an additional 15 cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the county. This brings the to-date total number of cases to 3,447. Of the new cases: eight reside in West Plains, six live in Willow Springs, and one lives in Mountain View. There have been 18,423 tests conducted in Howell County to-date.
