Customer Support

Things happen, and if you have to cancel your stay, the company will happily help you rebook your getaway. If you decide to cancel up to seven days before your arrival date, you will be refunded up to 85% of your initial deposit; if you cancel up to four days before arrival, you will be refunded up to 70%.

If there are eight or more days until your scheduled arrival, you will be charged $25 to modify your reservation or $50 to cancel. If there are less than eight days until your scheduled stay, modifications can be made for a $50 fee. 

Cancellations with three to seven days left until your scheduled arrival can be made for a $100 fee. If you wish to cancel a stay less than three days away, you will be charged for the first night's stay.

Trips will have any modification costs deducted from the balance you have paid. The remaining amount will be held for up to 12 months for a future Great Wolf Lodge trip. These policies are subject to change.
